Nicollet Towers

Minneapolis, MN

Located in Downtown Minneapolis, the property's two towers and townhomes contain 306 units. Improvements to the units feature new kitchen cabinets, countertops, sinks and flooring. New vanities and medicine cabinets are installed in each bathroom.

The project includes replacement of the brick, windows, roof and courtyard surface plans with upgrading of the mechanical and electrical systems. KA provided close coordination and continued commitment with residents and all parties to minimize disruption.
