Continuous Professional Development
Construction has become ever increasingly complex. You want the most highly skilled and educated workers on your project. We are committed to maintaining a highly skilled workforce, with most of our employees averaging over 20 hours of training and development each year. We believe in building buildings and building people. Kraus-Anderson fosters an environment of continuous personal and professional growth, with opportunities for continuing education, professional accreditation, employee recognition, mentoring and more.
KAU, Kraus-Anderson University, provides our employees, as well as clients, architects and others with an array of educational opportunities in both technical and leadership domains. Technical training includes topics such as stormwater management, sustainable construction practices, quality management and preparation for accreditations like LEED AP and LEED Green Associate. Leadership training includes presentation skills, conflict resolution, technical writing and team building.
KAU is an approved education provider for The American Institute of Architects (AIA).
