Kraus-Anderson tackles construction upgrades for River Falls School District
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (July 2012) – Kraus-Anderson Construction Company (KA), one of the Midwest’s oldest and largest commercial general contractors and construction managers, has begun construction and deferred maintenance upgrades on several buildings for the River Falls (Wisconsin) School District. The architect is ATS&R Architects. The projects will be completed prior to the start of school this fall.
At Rocky Branch Elementary School KA will perform mechanical, electrical and maintenance upgrades to 57,000 square feet of the property, and will construct a new secure entrance. At River Falls High School upgrades include a new energy management system, and a new secure entrance and security system. KA will also install an emergency generator at the district office, construct an addition to the bus garage and remodel the garage’s break room.
