Diane Duguay Elected to Board of Metro North Chamber

The Metro North Chamber of Commerce has named Diane Duguay to its board of directors. Duguay is the director of employee relations & diversity for Kraus-Anderson Construction Company. The Metro North Chamber is one of the largest chambers in Minnesota with over 700 members.

Duguay joined Kraus-Anderson (KA) in 1998 and holds a leadership role in the promoting diversity at KA and in the greater workforce. She serves on the board of the Association of Women Contractors and is an active member of the Twin Cities Human Resources Association; Human Resources Professionals of Minnesota; Affirmative Action Committee Council; Business Partners Council for Opportunity Partners; Association of Professional Women; Minneapolis Chamber of Commerce; Minnesota Christian Chamber of Commerce; and Construction Partnering Program. She is also a coach and mentor for Beyond the Yellow Ribbon Employment and is an advocate of promoting the hire of people with disabilities. Duguay graduated from Northern Michigan University.
