Kraus-Anderson adds project superintendents
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (June 2017) – Kraus-Anderson Construction Company (KA), one of the Midwest’s oldest and largest commercial general contractors and construction managers, has hired additional project superintendents in the company’s Minneapolis office. They are Pat Bultman, Matt Lundberg, Mike McQuillan and Jeremy Nathe.
Pat Bultman comes to KA from Kansas City-based TRK Construction where he was a field superintendent. He also served as field supervisor for Healy Construction in Faribault. He graduated from Minnesota Riverland Technical College.
Matt Lundberg is a 29-year industry veteran having served 20 years in construction management. Most recently, he was a superintendent for 17 years for CM Construction in Burnsville, where he worked on multiple projects building schools, banks, hospitals and clinics, libraries, churches, offices, restaurants and public works facilities.
Mike McQuillan comes to KA from The Samuels Group in Wausau, Wis., where he was a superintendent and project manager. He managed numerous projects in healthcare, including those for Sacred Heart Hospital, Mayo Clinic, St. Joseph’s Hospital and St. Vincent Hospital.
Jeremy Nathe is a 21-year veteran of Burnsville-based Kelleher Construction. Most recently he was a concrete superintendent and managed concrete installation on education, residential, retail, government, recreation, airport and corporate projects.
Kraus-Anderson also hired Josh Carr as a project engineer.
