Together, Strengthening the Communities We Serve.

Committed to Inclusion and Diversity
We believe diversity strengthens our organization and allows us to serve clients at the highest possible level. We strive to make Kraus-Anderson a place where every person – employee, client, partner, subcontractor, vendor – is valued for the unique skills, abilities and perspectives that they possess. Our employees are responsible for supporting the concept of equality and cooperating in our company meeting these objects.
“We wanted to know how we could collaborate with a company like Kraus-Anderson that has a tremendous local reputation. What attracted us to Kraus-Anderson was obviously the expertise and the depth and the ability to execute from construction to insurance to development across the board. But, more than anything, was that we could be far away in Florida, sleeping well at night, knowing we were in good hands.”
