Chamberlain apartments ribbon cutting to be held at 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 20 in Richfield

Kraus-Anderson and Inland Development Partners will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the completion of Chamberlain apartments, a new $53 million, three-story, 316-unit housing project in Richfield, Minn.

The multi-family apartment complex consists of six rental buildings – three new construction and three renovated. Of the 316 mixed-income units, 20 percent of the units are designated as affordable housing.
Amenities include a clubhouse, patios, firepit and grilling areas, outdoor pool, game room, fitness center, underground parking, bike maintenance area, dog run, pet wash and adventure playground for kids.
