Kraus-Anderson completes extensive remodel of River Falls High School
RIVER FALLS, Wis. (October 2019) – Kraus-Anderson has completed construction on a major remodeling of River Falls High School, located at 818 Cemetery Rd. in River Falls, Wis.
Designed by Ayres Associates, the $8.1 million project remodeled the STEM labs; installed new turf and field lighting in the football and soccer fields; replaced the indoor track surface and exterior rubber track; and installed a new parking lot at the baseball fields. The swimming pool was re-plastered; and the starting blocks, diving boards, doors, dehumidification unit and pool heater were replaced; and a pool exhaust was added.
Upgrades also included new carpets and flooring in the first and second floor classrooms, media center and common areas; and a new chiller, lighting and AV in auditorium were added.
KA continues to lead the field of regional education construction projects and is currently ranked 8th in the nation in the construction of K-12 facilities by Building Design and Construction magazine. Over the past five years, KA has completed over $1 billion in K-12 projects.
