Dan Schneider Wins Mission Vision Award
Dan Schneider is the winner of the Kraus-Anderson Construction Company Mission/Vision Award for March 2016.
Dan is a superintendent in the Minneapolis office. He was nominated by Paul Carlsted, senior project manager, in the Minneapolis office. His nomination reads:
“I would like to nominate Dan Schneider, Minneapolis superintendent, for the KA Mission/Vision award for his recent work on the Spire Credit union project in Roseville.
Dan came in on this project late as he was finishing up another project; he followed a well-respected, seasoned superintendent (Riley Smith) whom the owner was comfortable with and respected. Dan quickly became entrenched in the project and immersed himself in the details without hesitation.
Jim Kuchelmeister, the facilities manager for Spire, wrote, ‘I just wanted to drop a quick note about Dan and his performance for our new Roseville building. We think he did an outstanding job!!!!!!!!!!! His attention to detail and his follow up with questions and overall communication was great. We look forward to working with him on the Woodbury project.’
I would find Dan at the end of day not locking up the site to head home, but pushing a broom, getting ready for the next day’s work crews. His strong work ethic and leadership helped us deliver the project in just four months from start to finish, over the winter months.
Dan truly represented KA’s core values of Integrity, Commitment, Teamwork and Valuing people, on the Spire credit union Project.
Thank you Dan!”
