Jessica Masterson is the winner of the Kraus-Anderson Construction Company Mission/Vision Award for August 2015.
Jessica is a project manager in the Minneapolis office. She was nominated by Jed Field, former System Director Engineering, HealthEast Care System. His nomination reads:
“Jessica has been instrumental in the success of this multi-phase project to date and continues to provide excellent support to the current phase. One of the most important keys to successful construction planning and management is good record keeping and communication. With the pace of modern life, projects, and business this is one of the most difficult aspects of a project to keep up with. Jessica excels at documentation, communication, and coordination on a project. She is always willing to take on tasks for the good of the project when clear responsibility is not necessarily evident. This attitude and tireless effort deserve much appreciation and recognition! Great design, budgeting, and planning set a project up for success but it is the detailed management of the work and critical thinking that Jessica does which makes the execution of the project successful. Thank you Jessica! P.S. I will be forever amazed by and envious of your perfect handwriting!”
