Tina Learned Receives September Core Values Award
Tina Learned is a Accounts Payable Coordinator out of the Twin Cities office.
Tina exemplifies what it means to be a true team player at KA.
She was nominated by Deb Davis, whose nomination reads:
During Tina’s three plus years with KA, Tina has always been a team player. However, during the COVID-19 Pandemic, she’s taken this spirit to the next level. Like many other core business functions at KA, the A/P department has made major adjustments to ensure continuity of services to both internal and external stakeholders. Coupled with new work restrictions and being down a team member for the past few months, Tina was quick to volunteer her time to take on more responsibilities even before being asked to do so. Condensing the payment disbursement process down to one day per week and stepping up to coordinate the distribution of invoices to the rest of the department, Tina exemplifies the kind of team member managers want in their line up. She rolls up her sleeves, dives in, and does it all with a smile on her face. (Mostly).
She is compassionate, takes time to teach others, and follows through. Tina exemplifies what it means to be a true team player at KA.
