Roseville 3075 Long Lake Road Warehouse Renovation
This project repurposed an outdated industrial warehouse building into a state-of-the-art facility with 31 dock doors, a 32-foot clearance roof and 50-foot grid bays with two drive-ins. Demolition of approximately 200,000 s.f. of existing warehouse and construction of the new 203,004 s.f. facility was performed without disrupting operations of the sole existing tenant, which also received an elevated roof. Project also included storm water management and landscaping including two retention ponds. Steel from the existing structure and asphalt from the existing parking surface were recycled. Concrete slab and footings were ground up on site and reused as base. Over 12,500 tons of concrete and over 500 tons of steel were recycled.
