The 193,000 s.f. Class A facility positions Bemidji for major conferences and national acts, as well as serving as a home for Bemidji State University (BSU) hockey. Amenities include flexible meeting, tradeshow and ballroom space, 60’ x 40′ professional performance stage, backstage dressing rooms, green room, locker rooms, two loading dock bays and drive-in loading ramp. The B3 project features a geothermal heating system.
The arena will have a capacity of 4,000 persons for BSU hockey and 6,000 seats for concerts. The Convention Center is comprised of 10,000 s.f. of dividable ballroom space and 4,000 s.f. of meeting rooms. The facility will also have an outdoor plaza area adjacent to the building.
