TRIA Orthopedic Center
The award-winning, 94,000 s.f. structure is a three-story building that offers a full spectrum of sports medicine and orthopedic services in a state-of-the-art facility. Clinic and exam areas are located on the first floor. The second floor is used for physical therapy and will include a gym area for rehabilitation services. Surgical suites and pre- and post-operation space are on the third floor. All surgeries will be day surgeries, so no overnight rooms or overnight services will be needed at the new location.
The building architecture is a combination of stone and glass, which is consistent with other buildings in the CityPlace development. Plans call for 320 parking spaces around the building.
