Minn. Subcontractors Association names Kraus-Anderson’s James Ericson Project Manager of the Year
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (January 28, 2015) – James Ericson of Kraus-Anderson Construction has been named a Project Manager of the Year by the Minnesota Subcontractors Association (MSA). He was honored last night along with other construction industry professionals at MSA’s annual gala.
MSA represents construction industry specialty contractors and suppliers in government affairs, education services, scholarships and cooperative action for the improvement of the construction industry.
A 30-year veteran in senior project management, Ericson has overseen numerous large, high- profile area projects across several different industry sectors, including Fairview Ridges Hospital, Hennepin County Medical Center (HCMC), University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital, Milwaukee Depot restoration and hotel, Macalester College, and projects for Minneapolis Public Schools.
Ericson received a B.S. degree in Construction Engineering from North Dakota State University, Fargo. He is a member of the American Society for Healthcare Engineering and served as president of the Minnesota Construction Association and Minneapolis Builders Exchange. He is also a Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC).
