Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) consisting of 248 luxury apartments and 3,000 s.f. of street-front retail space. Amenities include resort-style heated saltwater pool, sundeck with cabanas, sport court, great lawn, fitness center, outdoor living room with fire pits, elevated Bark Park, pet grooming spa, bike shop and LED lights in all units. Financed through a combination of public and private funding, the development will offer 80% market rate and 20% affordable units and is regarded as a blueprint for future mixed-income projects.
