Since 2006, Kraus-Anderson in a joint venture with The Christman Company has completed 1,483,000 s.f. of casinos, hotels, event centers, restaurants and parking for the Pokagon Band of Potawatami Indians. The Four Winds Casino Resort design blends important elements of Potawatami culture together with reflections of local natural resources. The projects include the 333,000 s.f. Four Winds Casino Hotel with a 796,000 s.f. 2,200-car parking ramp; and a 9-story, 170,000 s.f. Four Winds Phase I expansion with a 53,000 s.f. event center and 15,000 s.f. Hard Rock Cafe in New Buffalo, Michigan. Other projects include the 25,000 s.f. Four Winds Casino in Dowagiac, Michigan; 51,000 s.f. Four Winds Casino in Hartford, Michigan.
