Kraus-Anderson University
KAU, Kraus-Anderson University, provides our employees, as well as clients, architects and others with an array of educational opportunities in both technical
and leadership domains. Technical training includes topics such as Lean construction, storm-water management, sustainable construction practices, quality management and
preparation for accreditations like LEED Green Associate, OSHA and CHC. Leadership training includes presentation skills, , technical writing, team building and assessments like DISC, Strengths Finder and EQ 2.0.
The KAmbassador program is designed to provide mentorship to new employees; while the KA Leadership Development Program is designed to help KA grow future leaders in various disciplines from within the company.
KAU is an approved education provider for The American Institute of Architects (AIA).
