The project involved remodeling of the seven-story, 163,000 s.f. main building, which was originally dedicated in 1967. Renovation provided new and expanded mechanical systems, including additional office space, remodeled executive offices, auditorium, cafeteria, conference and reception areas, new lighting, all new energy-efficient windows, and new finishes and furnishings.
