Kraus-Anderson has begun construction on new Myrtle Street retail building in Duluth

Tenants include Aspen Dental and Starbucks

DULUTH, Minn. (April 2018) – The Duluth office of Kraus-Anderson Construction Company (KA), one of the Midwest’s oldest and largest commercial general contractors and construction managers, has begun construction of a new $2.5 million retail building located at 320 W. Myrtle St. in Duluth.

Owned by Launch Properties and designed by RSP Architects, the 7,783-square-foot retail strip building thus far has signed leases with Aspen Dental and Starbucks.

Launch Properties is a commercial real estate development firm based in Minneapolis that focuses on the development and management of properties in the retail, industrial, healthcare and office sectors.

Construction is expected to be completed in the late summer of 2018.
