Kraus-Anderson Companies names Erin Snyders as HR Director

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (September 2021) – Kraus-Anderson Companies (KA) has hired human resources and organizational development leader Erin Snyders as HR director.  She will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of HR strategies for the Kraus-Anderson family of companies, including Construction, Realty, Development and Financial Services Group.

Snyders will manage KA’s HR initiatives, including employee relations and engagement; employment policy and compliance; and talent management and workforce development. She also will collaborate with KA employees on training and coaching.

Snyders comes to KA with more than 15 years of high-performance HR industry experience, including management in diversity, equity and inclusion, and employment law and compliance.  An attorney, she served as the senior director of human resources and senior legal counsel at Prime Therapeutics, an Eagan-based pharmacy benefit management company. Snyders founded Honestly ADHD and also served as a strategic growth consultant for Esteem Therapeutics – both initiatives served families of those with ADHD.  She also was an attorney at Leonard Street & Deinard.

Snyders earned a B.A. in Psychology from Creighton University, Omaha, Neb. and a J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law, Iowa City, Iowa.
