Kraus-Anderson Rochester names Chad Pike senior project manager

Kraus-Anderson Rochester has promoted Chad Pike to senior project manager.  He will manage pre-construction through construction completion, and will provide management oversight of all project elements, including budget and schedule control and overall project communication.

Pike joined the company in 2015 and most recently served as project manager.  He has managed projects in numerous building sectors, including housing, government, healthcare and education.  Some of his notable Rochester projects include the Rochester International Airport, Mayo Gonda medical building, Fontaine Towers apartments and Northgate Plaza apartments.  He also managed area K-12 projects for Fairmont Area Schools, Mabel-Canton Public Schools, Mountain Lake Public Schools, and Rochester Public Schools.

Pike received his BS in Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and his MBA from Augsburg College. He is a member of the Minnesota Educational Facility Management Professionals (MASMS).
