September KA Core Value Winner – Gregg Koski

Gregg was nominated for the Core Value award by Terry Hart, Vice President/Director of Operations at KA Construction’s Twin Cities office, for the outstanding job he has done in building and maintaining one of the most enduring relationships that Kraus-Anderson has ever enjoyed. Cub Foods/SuperValu have been a valued KA client for nearly 20 years! He has managed the relationship and their projects for 17 consecutive years. The projects have ranged from new store builds to renovations of all types and sizes.

Gregg has built trust with Cub through his consistent project approach by “Just Doing the Right Thing. ” Gregg has also emulated our teamwork core value by setting the direction and helping build effective project teams on multiple, simultaneous sets of projects.
