Judd Jennrich Wins February 2020 Core Values Award

Judd Jennrich, Mobile Technology Coordinator out of the Twin Cities office, is the winner of the February 2020 Kraus-Anderson Core Values Award. He was nominated by Mike Benz, who recently retired as Vice President, Information Technology for Kraus-Anderson Companies. His nomination reads:

“Judd Jennrich in our IT Department has a full-time job supporting well over 1,000 iPhones and iPads, helping employees with upgrades, questions, and problems. It’s a tough job!

Many of these phones are heavily relied upon by our field team, exposing them to rugged work and weather conditions. Many come back covered with grime. Some have been run over by a truck, dropped off a scaffold, or retrieved from a Porta-Potty. The ones that fall down an ice fishing hole never come back!

Pictured is Judd’s current inventory refresh. It takes at least an hour to activate each new phone, transfer the data, attach the screen protector/case, and explain why the new buttons are different from the previous model. Think of your last visit to a mobile phone store for an upgrade, and you can appreciate how well Judd knows his stuff.  He’s efficient, patient, and loves helping people. He’s a great example of one of many unsung heroes who keep the company running so smoothly.”
