Aaron Groshong Wins October 2022 Core Value Award
Aaron Groshong, a business process analyst from the Twin Cities office, wins the October 2022 Core Values Award. Joe Johnson submitted the nomination. It reads:
“Kraus-Anderson assigned Aaron to be my mentor when I started in November 2021. He’s been a tremendous resource and one of my go-to’s for any question I have. In our first mentor meeting, we covered KA’s core values. I got an immediate impression of his integrity and commitment to these values. In the time since, I’ve routinely witnessed this commitment in action, particularly his excellence in delivering outstanding client experiences. He’s the ultimate team player for the KA Realty accounting team, constantly taking the initiative to assist us wherever and whenever needed. He often assists me with questions from tenants, even jumping into direct communication with clients when needed. His support gives me confidence when interacting with clients. If they have a question I can’t answer, the odds are that Aaron can.”
