Aaron Schlink Wins July 2023 Core Values Award

Aaron Schlink, a project superintendent from the Minneapolis office, won the July 2023 Core Values Award. Renae Anderson submitted the nomination. It reads:

Aaron is always going the extra mile, willing to help others no matter how much is on his plate that day.

Twice in the OAC meeting,  the UMP Team did a shout-out to Aaron for taking the time to stop what he was doing to help them out.

They said, “When moving in our new stretchers to an active clinic remodel, there were some major logistical issues that the delivery company hadn’t foreseen. I was on-site to show them around, grant them access, etc. When the issue came up, it was not something I had come across before. I reached out to Aaron to see if he had any ideas, and he jumped in without hesitation. Aaron offered a solution that helped us get the stretchers into the clinic safely and quickly since they needed them to see patients that morning. I’m sure he had a full list that day, but he very kindly set that aside in a pinch. Aaron had the stretcher in the room five minutes before the patient arrived! Great Job!”
