Chris McKane, project manager from the Minneapolis office, won the March 2024 Core Values Award. Mark Miller submitted the nomination. It reads:

“Though we have a large project manager staff at the North Loop Green project Chris McKane should be recognized for the extra workload he has taken on in addition to his “normal” PM workload.  Chris has been coordinating and writing most all of the final change order request (COR) letters to Hines.  To date he has written over six hundred (600) letters, many with several re-submittals with additional information or backup.  This is not only a time consuming process but tedious as each change letter needs to provide/show entitlement for the change to the owner.”
