PROJECT: Maplewood North Fire Station 

LOCATION: 1530 County Road C, Maplewood, MN 

ARCHITECT: SEH 

SIZE: 34,800 s.f. 

COST: $9,982,163 

DATE OF COMPLETION: 6/21/2022 

SCOPE: After the old fire station at this location was demolished, this new fire station consists of seven apparatus bays, command parking, gear turnout, wash/decontamination, SCBA areas, EMS storage, administrative offices, a training/community room, a conference room, kitchens, bunk rooms, a laundry room, showers, a dayroom, and a patio.   

FUNCTION: To serve as a replacement for the previous North Fire Station.
