FUNCTION: To help expand Ziegler’s equipment rental, sales, and repair services at its Dayton location

A WORD FROM KRAUS-ANDERSON: “Our main challenge to overcome during construction was the significantly delayed delivery of the primary electrical power transformer and custom ground-mounted make-up air unit due to supply chain impacts from pandemic-related shortages and backlogs. We were able to open the rental office and retail areas of the rental store with a partial occupancy until the MAU was completed, then allowing full occupancy and use of the service shop. We’ve had a long-term relationship with Ziegler CAT for 18 years built on working together as a team, and we have a unique understanding of their expectations in executing their projects.
