Rachel Struckman, a senior project coordinator from the Twin Cities office, won the September 2024 Core Values Award. Eastern Carver County Schools’ James Muenzenmeyer submitted the nomination. It reads:
“As the Owner representative for the Eastern Carver County Schools construction projects, I wanted to take time to recognize one of Kraus-Anderson’s outstanding employees. I don’t know how she manages the large amount of paperwork for our projects, but I’ve never found an error in our contract documents, PCOs, or Docusign documents. I know she has many other clients, but she makes me feel like I’m the only one. She’s a vital partner in in this madness called ‘summer construction,’ and KA’s lucky to have her.”
