COMPLETION DATE: April 2025

SCOPE: The new center will offer services that include licenses, passports, park permits, homestead applications and property tax payments. It will also house the CareerForce center, an elections polling center and will offer services provided by Public Health, Community Services and Community Corrections. The building also includes collaboration spaces and offices.

The mass timber structure design includes a PV system on the roof and glass features that accent the interior bridge that connects the upper-level sides. The project also includes a large parking lot to accommodate the CSC’s many services and uses.

Construction began in May 2024.
