Jessica Masterson, David Stark win the January 2026 Core Value Awards
Jessica Masterson, Senior Project Manager, and David Stark, Senior Estimator, collectively won the January 2026 Core Values Award for their work on the Lakeview New Campus Development project. The PM team on this project submitted the nomination, which reads:
“The Lakeview PM team is nominating Jessica Masterson for the Core Values Award for her work on the Lakeview New Campus Development project. Jessica has dedicated nearly two years of work to this project already through the pre-construction, planning, and design phases. Her dedication, expertise, and leadership have guided the project team, including architects, engineers, consultants, and end users towards a project that delivers on the needs of our client, meets the project budget, and is in line with the design intent of all involved. Along with all of the great work specific to the project, Jessica is a great leader and mentor to all of us around her. Her knowledge, skills, and willingness to help others have given the project team an environment where we can all learn, develop our skills, and take on more responsibilities while knowing we have her support to guide us through the unknowns and challenges we face each day. Our project team, client, and everyone else involved are lucky to have her leading the way for us.”
“The Lakeview PM Team is nominating David Stark for the Core Values award for his work on the Lakeview New Campus Development project. David has been the driving force in developing, updating, and continuing to modify the overall project estimate through design and the final GMP effort. David’s dedication to the team has included everything from completing takeoff, building the estimate, working with the subcontracting market during budgeting, and assisting the PM team through the bidding and buyout process. The project has presented many challenges and has steadily progressed through many iterations over the past two years and David has been leading the preconstruction efforts the entire time in order to help our client and design team make informed decisions. This level of support has been incredibly valuable, and his knowledge of the project has helped us all navigate the process as efficiently as possible.”
