North Dakota State University's Peltier Complex project is a significant addition to the university's campus in Fargo, North Dakota. Spanning 156,829 square feet, this new Agricultural Products Development Center will be a three-story state-of-the-art facility. With a final contract cost of $76,293,153, the project is scheduled to reach substantial completion by July 31st, 2024. This state-of-the-art facility will be a hub for agricultural innovation, product development, and advancing research and education that will provide new economic opportunities for North Dakota, the region, and the world.
