The 62,708 SF, 3-story Woodbury Central Park Improvement Project in Woodbury, MN, delivers a comprehensive transformation of the community’s park and facility. The project features a new 12,000 SF multi-purpose space for up to 350 people, an enclosed amphitheater, expanded public gathering areas, and a fully updated Lookout Ridge Indoor Playground. Sustainability is a core focus, with the integration of a Darcy Geothermal Well system, solar energy, and other energy efficiency initiatives to reduce environmental impact and operating costs, all in compliance with the State of MN’s B3 standards. The project also increases parking and pedestrian access, adds single/family user restrooms, and enhances accessibility with ADA updates.
