KA completes $49.7 Million Addition and Remodel for St. Paul Public Schools

The Twin Cities office of Kraus-Anderson (KA) has completed a $49.67 million addition and renovation at Hidden River Middle School and Wilson School in St. Paul, Minn.
Designed by DLR Group, the Hidden River Middle School project included 98,491 square feet of interior remodel and 10,800 square feet of additions. The project included new administration offices, clearly marked entrance with secure entry, reconfigured classrooms, updated kitchen, inclusive restrooms, updated AV equipment, new HVAC and electrical systems and a partial roof replacement. Interior renovations were also completed at the Wilson School.
Construction was completed in December of 2025.
KA continues to lead the field of regional education construction projects and is currently ranked 23rd in the nation in the construction of K-12 facilities by Building Design and Construction Magazine.
