SCOPE: This medical office building includes a 4,479-square-foot Ambulatory Surgery Center, 3,531-square-foot specialty clinic and 4,707-square-foot space available for lease. The building’s stucco finish features a unique, practical exterior for maximum performance in the desert climate as well as a strong visual aesthetic representing the Southwest’s architectural style.

The center has 10 spacious exam rooms, four pre-operative bays, four post-operative recovery suites, and new operating rooms with associated infrastructures to provide minimally invasive spine surgery, orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery and anesthesiology, as well as pain management, physical therapy and chiropractic care.
