Allison Coffman Wins the December 2024 Core Values Award
Allison Coffman, a senior project coordinator from the Duluth office, won the December 2024 Core Values Award. Kraus-Anderson senior project manager Todd Erickson submitted the nomination. It reads:
“Allison embraces KA’s Core Values of Integrity, Teamwork, Commitment, and Valuing People daily. She is dedicated to KA’s success and routinely goes above and beyond expectations.
A great example of Allison’s commitment to KA’s overall success was on a recent project with an extremely quick turnaround. While providing assistance and training to a co-worker on KA’s Special Requirements, Allison recognized the amount of work that needed to be accomplished in a very short amount of time to meet the project’s deliverable deadlines. Although the project wasn’t assigned to her, Allison approached the team and asked ‘How can I help?’ When our team identified tasks to be done that she customarily doesn’t perform, rather than a ‘not in my job description’ response, she accepted the challenge.
Allison respectfully took ownership of tasks, supported the team, and was key to KA’s overall success. Her assistance helped the team provide a professional, on-time delivery while maintaining the level of quality and detail that KA and our customers have come to expect. She is a leader and a great role model for her colleagues, exemplifying KA’s Core Values daily.” —Todd Erickson
