Mark Oelrich Wins August 2022 Core Values Award

Mark Oelrich, a project manager from the Twin Cities office, wins the August 2022 Core Values Award. He was nominated by AJ Lillesve. The nomination reads:

“I’ve nominated Mark Oelrich for his efforts on the Minot Public Schools Projects. This set of projects has had its own unique set of challenges that go beyond material delays or cost increases. These projects are out of town, where local workforces are smaller, yet the markets remain just as busy. Despite VERY tight budgets and a large dream/vision, Mark managed to maintain an undivided state. There have been many conversations and over six (6) hours of meetings each week dedicated to design, budgeting, and value engineering to bring these buildings into existence.

With seven (7) different bid packages for projects scheduled to start within months of each other, Mark has shown that even under significant pressure, he is someone you can trust to do the right thing, even when it’s challenging.”
