Erik Nielsen Wins the April 2025 Core Values Award

Erik Nielsen, a project superintendent from the Twin Cities office, won the April 2025 Core Values Award. Kraus-Anderson’s David Kray and Jillian Sidler submitted nominations with the following statement:

“Every Friday Erik provides a weekly update for the Ziegler Cat Buhl project to the team. Owners, Architect, Contractors and KA Team members are all kept in the loop about what’s been happening on the site. Great progress milestones, shout outs to onsite teammates and yes, even the occasional “setbacks” are delivered professionally in this informative and entertaining brief. We have received positive feedback from the Owner and other stakeholders on the project who appreciate the weekly wrap up, complete with pictures.

“Thanks for going the extra mile Erik, and building strong relationships along the way!”
