Jack Bronczyk Wins the January 2025 Core Values Award

Jack Bronczyk, a project superintendent from the Twin Cities office, won the January 2025 Core Values Award. Kraus-Anderson project manager Ken Francois submitted the nomination. It reads:

“The Rosemount Police Department and Public Works project, residences nearby had concerns about the project and construction that were voiced during the planning stages. Jack has done such a great job keeping them informed and being a good neighbor during construction that they invited us to lunch as thank you and a welcome to the neighborhood for the City Staff.

Never in my time has the construction team been invited to lunch as a thank you for doing construction work next to someone’s home! The goodwill that Jack has built during construction is a huge benefit for the City as they move in and start occupying the new building.”
