Mission Vision Award to Lake Crystal Wellcome Memorial Team
The KA Mission Vision Teamwork Award for first quarter 2016 goes to the Lake Crystal Wellcome Memorial new additions/remodeling construction project. The team is comprised of: Rob Puncochar, project superintendent; Jason Jones, project manager and Tracey Martin, project assistant. The nomination comes from Tom Farrell, LCWM superintendent and Annette Rode, assistant to the superintendent. Their nomination reads:
“It is an honor and privilege to nominate our KA Project Team – Rob Puncochar, Jason Jones and Tracey Martin – for the Team Mission/Vision Award. Their service on the Lake Crystal Wellcome Memorial new additions/remodeling construction project is outstanding. They are an excellent, competent and thorough construction management team who has made the process run smoothly. We appreciate the financial responsibility that has been demonstrated as well as their attention to detail and meticulous documentation. They demonstrate professionalism in a respectful, kind and caring manner that is appealing to everyone with whom they interact. Their communication has been at the highest level possible throughout the project. Each month it is a pleasure to be able to report to the school board that the project is “on budget and on schedule.” This team impressively supports KA’s core purpose – Building Enduring Relationships and Strong Communities.
