Natalie Price, Mauri Solomon win the November 2025 Core Value Awards
Natalie Price, KA Marketing Information Services Manager from the Twin Cities office, won the November 2025 Core Values Award. Kraus-Anderson's Eric Olson submitted the nomination. It reads:
“Natalie is invaluable in collecting, managing and ensuring correct information is included in our Client relationship management system. It is evident that Natalie is committed to providing the most information to upper management on where KA stands in its pursuit of work. Everyday requires her attention to adjust, input, revise, delete, move, and sometimes change again, as she receives intermittent information on potential projects from DOO’s, CE’s, PM’s and others. Additionally, she is always willing to ask about projects and their details to get the most complete information.”
Mauri Solomon, a facilities assessment manager from the Twin Cities office, also won the November 2025 Core Values Award. Kraus-Anderson's Tim Kittila submitted the nomination. It reads:
“Mauri completed some of the year’s largest facility assessments, serving largely government, municipal, but also assisting in other market sectors as time permits. Some of her notable clients this year include Olmsted County, the City of Rochester, the City of Eden Prairie, and the Ameriprise Tower. Her exceptional work has not only delighted clients but also secured repeat business for KA, extending beyond facility assessments to ongoing construction opportunities. Additionally, Mauri has supported various projects, such as the Minneapolis Public Schools walkthroughs and healthcare assessments, demonstrating her commitment as a collaborative team member.
“A notable achievement is Mauri’s leadership on the Ameriprise Tower project, a 1M+ square-foot, 34-story office building in the housing sector, currently in preconstruction. Assigned in early October, Mauri swiftly organized the facility assessment team, completed the walkthrough in record time, and identified critical deferred maintenance and upcoming facility expenditures. Her efforts provided essential data for our architects’ planning and cost estimating, while also addressing the architect’s recommended changes. Within a week, Mauri delivered a comprehensive estimate, meeting the project’s demanding deadlines through her leadership and tenacious work ethic.
“Mauri has become an indispensable member of the Facility Assessment team, delivering thorough building status reports, leveraging internal resources to provide accurate answers, and instilling confidence in our clients. Beyond her professional contributions, she actively participates in the KA Has Heart project whenever her schedule allows. Thank you, Mauri, for your dedication to KA, exceptional work ethic, and significant contributions to the Facility Assessment team. Keep up the outstanding work!”
