Kraus-Anderson completes Riverwood Healthcare in Aitkin, Minn.

New clinical space features new kidney care and dialysis facility

AITKIN, Minn. (August 2019) – Kraus-Anderson (KA) has completed a $12.6 million expansion of Riverwood Healthcare in Aitkin, Minn.

Designed by HDR Architects, the 46,000-square-foot addition and remodel project features a new primary and specialty care clinical space, therapy and rehabilitation center, lab upgrades, and a comprehensive kidney care and kidney dialysis facility to be operated in partnership with CentraCare Health.

The extensive project also includes new entrances and parking expansions to provide easier access for patients.
