Paul Charpentier Wins September 2022 Core Values Award
Paul Charpentier, a project manager from the Twin Cities office, wins the September 2022 Core Values Award. He was nominated by Rachael Oelke. The nomination reads:
“Paul is an excellent example of how we can live out Kraus-Anderson’s Core Values in our everyday work. I’m honored to have had the opportunity to work with and learn from him.
Paul earns and maintains the highest level of client trust through his use of tremendous construction knowledge and raw transparency in conversations. Clients know and trust that Paul manages projects with the best interest of all parties in mind, while easily navigating the challenges of working on an active healthcare campus. He handles all interactions — client, project team, subcontractor, etc. — with honesty and sincerity and produces successful outcomes. Paul is committed to helping clients achieve their goals while maintaining a high level of quality patient care throughout high-risk healthcare construction projects. He executes project goals with calm and consistent attention to detail. Throughout his 32-year career at Kraus-Anderson, Paul has served the same client at Regions Hospital for 15+ consecutive years. Paul actively seeks out ways to develop the talent of others around him— involving team members in collaborative problem-solving efforts and ensuring everyone has a voice on the job site. His mentorship capabilities help build others up and those who work with him feel grateful to be part of his team. He is a compassionate, fair individual and quickly earns the trust of everyone he works with. His ability to favor accountability, while leaving room for flexibility, is a true and inspiring leadership style.”
