Todd Mell, Todd Iverson win the December 2025 Core Value Awards
Todd Mell, Director of Project Planning & Development from the Duluth office, won the December 2025 Core Values Award. Kraus-Anderson's Mauri Solomon and Tim Kittila submitted the nomination. It reads:
“Over the last several months of completing FCA’s in the Duluth market, we have received an amazing amount of support from Todd Mell. He is consistently going above and beyond his role in Business Development to be an active participant in FCA’s. He has helped with every single walkthrough, including stamping out assets in Build, actively participating in the site interviews with the clients, as well as participating in the internal and external reviews. His knowledge, being a PE, is invaluable in the FCA process and is a true asset. He doesn’t just bring work to KA; he cares about the clients and what we deliver to them. He is a true team player and is always willing to be in the field. I cannot thank him enough for being such an amazing partner. He deserves more than a shout out for what he continues to contribute, not only to the FCA team but to KA as a whole. He lives the KA Values, and I enjoy working with him on projects.” – Mauri Solomon
“I have seen Todd jump into roles that go well beyond his BD job description. Todd has such a positive attitude, can-do attitude which exemplifies KA’s seller-doer model. I love his, ‘I can help’ mentality, and does it without complaint or contrition. Todd delayed his trip in order to make sure we completed a facility assessment for a client and to help us get prepped for final delivery. He is committed and energetic at every turn. He continually is seeking new opportunities to help our customers through FCA’s, SFP, Pre-design and construction work.” – Tim Kittila
Todd "Ike" Iverson, a Senior Project Manager from the Twin Cities office, also won the December 2025 Core Values Award. Kraus-Anderson's Gary Zifko submitted the nomination. It reads:
“On November 13th while arriving at his Westonka High School project, Ike noticed a person unresponsive next to a lawn mowing tractor. Ike immediately started to render medical assistance to the individual. He called 911 and started CPR has he waited for other emergency responders to arrive. The individual was life flighted to an area hospital. ‘His quick action is giving Tracy a fighting chance in the ICU today,’ said Kevin Borg, Westonka School Superintendent.
