Tom Tessier Wins April 2022 Core Values Award. Tom is a Project Manager out of the Bemidji  Office and was nominated by Chuck D Lindner, President CEO Lindner Hagen Enterprises. The nomination reads:

“Tom started after the project (Lake of the Woods Foods) started and quickly immersed himself to become a PM that deserves consideration for this award.

Tom’s leadership is collaborative and tolerant giving him and his projects constructive feedback.  His weekly construction meetings are productive and worthwhile benefiting his projects immeasurably.

Tom is also an effective communicator; he gives updates, returns calls, and shows empathy.  His care and concern gave me the impression that he was personally vested in my project.  His care also gave me a peace of mind that my project was in the right hands.  When our project started Tom was someone I knew as the new PM for KA but now I consider him a friend and invaluable asset in the construction industry.”
