An industry veteran with experience in all aspects of construction, including project management, estimating and preconstruction services. Throughout his career, Audie has delivered projects across a wide variety or product types/market sectors, including K-12 Education, Higher Education, Civic/Municipal Government, Healthcare, Multifamily Housing, Hospitality and Commercial projects. Audie has directly delivered dozens of projects with a total value at $500 Million in Construction Costs as a lead Project Manager or lead Estimator. Since 2018 he has been directly responsible for the management and oversite of Kraus-Anderson’s estimating department delivering hundreds of project estimates at an annual volume in excess of $4 Billion. Audie will be responsible for complete oversite and resource allocation of the preconstruction team dedicated to your project. He will ensure that the full depth of KA’s resources are used to deliver reliable cost estimates, constructability reviews, and value management opportunities to align project costs with your project goals and available budget.
