
Chad Rempe

Chad is experienced managing a significant cross-section of construction sector projects and has been involved in new construction as well as additions to existing facilities. He is a solid asset to the management team providing preconstruction and construction services. Since joining Kraus-Anderson in 1999 as an Assistant Project Manager, Chad has played a role in a number of notable projects including the Air Mail Center for the USPS at the MAC, MSP Terminal 2-Humphrey Parking Facility Purple Ramp, Black Bear Casino, Hotel, and Resort, One Southdale Place, and most recently Kraus-Anderson's Block Development. In 2025, he was appointed the role of Vice President of Preconstruction Services. Rempe works closely with the preconstruction department's technical teams, including BIM/VDC, MEP Systems, Building Science, Lean and Estimating, to help establish the front-end vision, budget and goals including the ROI for KA's clients. He orchestrates the strategic process with preconstruction services, while building and leveraging stronger contractor/architect relationships through early stewardship of KA's projects. Chad holds a B.S. in Construction Administration from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin. He is a Board Member of the House of Charity and received his OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety certification, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Training certification, AGC Lean certification, and is a LEED Accredited professional.
