Cindy leads KA's Real Estate portfolio management team, providing planning, strategy, managing profitability and quality service management, process improvement, marketing of portfolios, budgeting, and accountability. She has more than 30 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Kraus-Anderson Realty Company in 2004, she was retail property manager of Gaviidae Common and Minneapolis City Center, where she managed over 800,000 s.f. of retail property. She supervises ten property managers managing over 3.8 million s.f. of commercial properties. Cindy's professional affiliations include the Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Minneapolis (BOMA), where she serves on numerous committees, member, 2018 President's Award recipient, and past Chair; 2018 Member of the Year; member, Hall of Fame Award recipient and past president of Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA); member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Cindy's responsibilities include the daily operation of the property buildings, including repair and maintenance, tenant relations, promotional activities, lease renewals, review of prospective tenants, administration of new leases, review of financial data, budgeting, and strategic planning for the asset. In addition, Cindy is leading renovation and redevelopment opportunities, and assisting in acquisition and disposal of commercial real estate properties.
