As Construction Executive, Dustin provides financial oversight for our public sector projects team and ensures project teams are well resourced and prepared for project success. With over 18 years of project management experience, Dustin has substantial experience in a wide range of public sector projects, including CMa, CMr, GC and Design-Build delivery projects. He provides project support including: -CIP Planning and Budgeting -Facility Assessment and Master Planning Services -Referendum Planning -Community Support Planning -Preconstruction Services (Master Budgeting and Estimates) -Long and Short Term Project Scheduling -Coordination with Design Teams -Construction Oversight -Closeout and Continuous Connection Dustin holds a B.S. in Construction and an M.S. in Construction Management from University of Wisconsin-Stout and serves on the Stout Advisory Committee and Board. He is a member of the Association of Minnesota Counties (AMC), the Wisconsin County Highway Association (WCHA), International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and American Public Works Association- Minnesota Chapter (APWA).
